Idaho Remove Disqualification of Sheriffs, SJR 6(c) (1910)

The Idaho Remove Disqualification of Sheriffs Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 6(c), was on the November 8, 1910 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure removed the disqualification of Sheriffs to succeed themselves. Senate Joint Resolution 6 placed this measure, the Assessors and Ex-officio Tax Collectors Amendment and the Remove Disqualification of County Assessors Amendment on the ballot.[1]
