Idaho Residence Requirement in Ada County, HJR 24 (1994)

The Idaho Residence Requirement in Ada County Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 24, was on the November 8, 1994 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure removed the requirement for state executive officials to reside in Ada County during their term of office.[1]
