The Idaho Restrict Use of Endowment Funds Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 5, was on the November 5, 1940 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure restricted the system of loaning permanent state endowment funds.[1][2]
