The Idaho Revenue Bonds for Electrical Facilities Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 109, was on the November 2, 1976 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure expanded the list of projects to be funded by revenue bonds to include rehabilitating electrical generating facilities.[1]
