The Idaho Revenue Bonds for Pollution Control Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 114, was on the November 5, 1974 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure expanded the list of projects to be funded by revenue bonds to include county pollution control efforts.[1][2]
