The Idaho Right to Recall Any Public Office Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 19, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure gave the right to recall any public officer except judicial officers in a state or electoral district.[1]
