Ballot title
The ballot title for SJR 105 was as follows:
“ | S.J.R. No. 105 Shall Section 2, Article III, of the Constitution of the State of Idaho be amended to require appointment, provide powers and duties, and specify limitations on members of a commission for reapportionment to apportion the Senate and House of Representatives and to provide for congressional districts whenever necessary; and shall Section 9, Article V, of the Constitution of the State of Idaho, be amended to provide that the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction in appeals of the legislative apportionment plan of the commission for reapportionment? | ” |
