The Idaho Salaries of Prosecuting Attorneys Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 7, was on the November 6, 1928 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed compensation of prosecuting attorneys to be set by law.[1]
