The Idaho Supreme Court Public Utilities Jurisdiction Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 8, was on the November 2, 1920 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided the Supreme Court with jurisdiction of appeals from orders of the Public Utilities Commission.[1]
