The Idaho Waiver of Jury Trial, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 112, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed for a waiver of a jury trial in felony criminal cases.[1]
