The Idaho judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a Primary Election on March 19, 2010 and a Nonpartisan General Election on November 2, 2010.
Overview
Two Supreme Court seats, one Court of Appeals seat, and all District Court positions were on the ballot in 2010.
Supreme Court
The seats held by Justices Jim Jones and Roger Burdick on the Idaho Supreme Court were on the 2010 ballot.[1]
- Roger Burdick defeated John Bradbury with 58.5 percent of the vote, according to unofficial results.
- Jim Jones was retained after running unopposed.[2]
Court of Appeals
Karen Lansing was re-elected after running unopposed.[2]
District Courts
All of the state District Court judge seats were on the 2010 ballot.[1] Thirty-eight candidates filed, 36 of which ran in uncontested races. Thirty-five of those that filed were incumbents.

Magisterial Division
Many of the Idaho Magistrate Division judges were up for retention in the general election in 2010. The last day for magistrates to announce their intention to run was August 4, 2010.
