Ilene Davis is a native of Santee, South Carolina. She earned a dual bachelor's degree from Limestone University in accounting & management and a master’s degree from Webster University with a concentration in business.

Ilene and her husband, an Air Force veteran, traveled the world while raising two boys. She fulfilled a 35-year career as a civil servant for the federal government in various posts where her husband served. She is a proud member of Alpha Kapp Alpha (AKA).

Ilene wants to bring her decades of experience in finance, crisis management and problem-solving, interpersonal influence, and negotiation experience to represent the people of House District 94.
