Biography
Ilene Davis was born in Holly Hill, South Carolina. She earned a graduate degree from Webster University in 2006. Davis' career experience includes working as an accountant and as an adjunct professor.[1]

Ilene and her husband, an Air Force veteran, traveled the world while raising two boys. She fulfilled a 35-year career as a civil servant for the federal government in various posts where her husband served. She is a proud member of Alpha Kapp Alpha (AKA).
