| “ | Shall the Board of Education of Illini West High School District Number 307, Hancock, Henderson and McDonough counties, Illinois, acquire and improve a site and build and equip a new school building thereon and issue bonds of said school district to the amount of $9,000,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?[3] | ” |
