Illinois Circuit Court judge retains chief judge position

Illinois: Judge Ann Callis of the Illinois Circuit Court has been unanimously re-elected as chief judge of the Illinois Third Judicial Circuit Court, a position she has held since 2006. Judge Callis said this of here re-election, "I am honored by my colleagues' confidence, and I look forward to partnering with them in our dedication to serve the citizens of Madison County." The Chief Judge of the Circuit is elected by fellow circuit judges.[1]
