Illinois Supreme Court appoints judge to fourth judicial circuit

Illinois: The Illinois Supreme Court has appointed Associate Judge Michael McHaney to the spot on the Illinois Fourth Judicial Circuit Court left by the retirement of Kathleen P. Moran. McHaney's term will begin July 3 of this year and will terminate on December 6, the date that Moran's term would have been completed. McHaney is also currently running for the Fourth Circuit Court seat that is open this year.[1][2]
