The Illinois World's Fair Bonds Amendment was on the ballot in Illinois on November 4, 1890, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to allow the issuing of bonds to finance the World's Fair to be held in Chicago in 1893.[1]
