The Indiana Acting on the Governor's Veto, Proposition 1, also known as Proposition 1, was on the ballot in Indiana on November 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposition proposed one amendment to the constitution: Article 5, Section 14. The amendment would require the General Assembly to act on a governor’s veto before the adjournment of the next regular session of the General Assembly.[1]
