The Indiana judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a Primary Election on May 4, 2010 and a General Election on November 2, 2010.

Overview

In Indiana, appellate court judges are appointed by the governor from a list of names submitted by a nominating committee. Circuit court judges and superior courts judges in most counties are elected through partisan elections.

Court of Appeals

RETENTION RESULTS: All candidates for the Indiana Court of Appeals were retained.[1]
