Indiana moves to online training for court employees

Indiana: In an effort to improve education for trial court staff, Indiana has created an online training program. Debuting in only a few days, new employees can learn about the nuances of ethical issues, neutrality, customer service and court processes all online. Following the format of a PowerPoint presentation and quizzes, the program is another step in enhancing education requirements for employees of the state judiciary. Currently, it is open to judges' staff, bailiffs and court reporters.[1]
