My top three priorities are:

1. Health care- we need to ensure quality health care that is affordable and accessible to all Mississippians. As a Physician, I am committed to bringing sensible reforms to health care and health insurance that will effect your health and quality of life.
2. Public education- I support fully funding education, targeting funds toward programs that work including high quality early childhood plans, and programs developed in collaboration between high schools and junior colleges. We need to support our teachers with the resources, programs, and services to prepare students to participate in the workforce and their community.

3. Infrastructure- Mississippians need to be able to travel over safe roads and bridges. Infrastructure is vital to our economy and requires regular maintenance and repair.
I am personally passionate about health care-- access to quality healthcare that people can afford. Our health determines our ability to work, care for our families, pursue our dreams. I am committed to serving District 117, and assisting all of Mississippi to make sure that our men, women and children have access to quality health care that includes mental and dental plans. If elected, I would be the only physician in the state legislature. We need a Physician at the table when decisions are being made that effect yours and your family's health
I firmly believe that it is a representative’s duty to
represent the best interests of all her constituents, regardless of their differences.
