Inside Elections is a Washington, D.C.-based political newsletter. The publication describes itself as providing "nonpartisan analysis of campaigns for Senate, House, governor and president" using quantitative and qualitative data and without endorsing candidates.[1][2]
Background
Stuart Rothenberg founded The Rothenberg Political Report in 1989. According to LinkedIn, The Rothenberg Political Report was a nonpartisan political newsletter that analyzed, handicapped, and reported on U.S. House, Senate, gubernatorial, and presidential elections, without endorsing candidates. The report was published 24 times a year and was based on candidate interviews, data, electoral history and trends, public and private polling, and national surveys.[3][4]
In 2015, Nathan L. Gonzales took over The Rothenberg Political Report, which became The Rothenberg & Gonzales Political Report. Gonzales had been working at The Rothenberg Political Report since 2001.[4] The Rothenberg & Gonzales Political Report became Inside Elections with Nathan L. Gonzales in January 2017.[2]

He has appeared on Meet the Press, This Week, and other television news programs and has served as an election night analyst for CNN, The Newshour, and CBS News.[5]
Nathan L. Gonzales is editor and publisher of Inside Elections, an elections analyst for Roll Call, CNN, and The Hill, and founder and publisher of PoliticsinStereo.com. He has consulted with ABC News and the PBS Newshour and appeared on Meet the Press, Nightly News, and more.[6]
