The Iowa Apportionment of Senatorial Districts Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Iowa on November 6, 1928, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure provided that no county be entitled to more than one senator.[1][2][3]
