The Iowa Census Enumeration Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the 1868 ballot in Iowa as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure removed the word "white" from Section 33 of Article III of the Iowa Constitution, relating to census enumeration.[1][2]
