The Iowa Constitutional Convention Question was on the ballot in Iowa on November 6, 1990, as an automatic ballot referral. It was defeated. The question appears on the Iowa ballot automatically every 10 years as per the state constitution. It would have called for a convention to revise the constitution.[1]
