The Iowa Gubernatorial Veto Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the ballot in Iowa on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure granted the governor veto power over portions of appropriations bills.[1][2][3][4]
