The Iowa Legislative Apportionment Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Iowa on November 8, 1904, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure changed the representation in the general assembly and the ratio of apportionment.[1][2][3]
