The Iowa Legislative Apportionment Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Iowa on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure provided for the size of the membership of the state senate and house of representatives and for the apportionment of legislators among the districts.[1][2][3][4]
