The Iowa Revenue for Fish and Wildlife Programs Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Iowa on November 5, 1996, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure required that all revenue from state license fees for hunting, fishing and trapping and any other funds related to hunting, fishing and trapping be used exclusively for the performance and administration of activities related to those purposes.[1][2][3]
