The Iowa School Money Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Iowa on November 6, 1984, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure repealed the constitutional provision relating to the distribution of money subject to the support and maintenance of common schools.[1][2]
