Ira D. Newman
Ira D. Newman was a Kentucky Circuit Courts judge serving the Twenty-Fifth Circuit in the counties of Clark and Madison.[1] She lost re-election in 2010 and her current term ended in January of 2011.[2]

Newman was defeated by challenger Nora J. Shepherd, who received 66.41 percent of the vote on November 2, 2010.[2]
