Isaac Charles Parker
Isaac Charles Parker (1838-1896) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.
He was nominated by President Ulysses Grant on March 18, 1875.[1] He was confirmed by the Senate on March 19, 1875, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on November 17, 1896. Parker was succeeded in this position by John Henry Rogers.
