Isaac Melson Meekins (1875-1946) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.[1]

He was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on January 9, 1925 to replace Henry Groves Connor. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 17th, and received commission that same day. On February 13, 1945, he assumed senior status. He served until his death on November 21, 1946.[1]
