Isaac Samuels Pennybacker
Isaac Samuels Pennybacker (1805-1847) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.[1]
He received a recess appointment from President Martin Van Buren on April 23, 1839. On January 29, 1840, he was officially nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 17, 1840, and received commission that same day. He resigned on December 6, 1845.[1]
