Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Five Points Food Mart, LLC, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of a full-service neighborhood convenience store at1380 Central Ave.,Hamilton,OH45011in this precinct?[2][3]
