Ivy S. Bernhardson is a former chief judge for the Fourth Judicial District, serving Hennepin County, Minnesota from 2007 to 2020. She was appointed May 30, 2007, and was elected in 2008 to a full term.[1]

Bernhard was re-elected in 2014 for a second six-year term.[2] She retired from the court on June 30, 2020.[3]

Bernhardson received her B.A. degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1973 and her J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1978.[1]
