J.C. Van Ginkel was a magistrate judge of the Fourth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 2001 to serve Cass County.[1]
Education
Ginkel received his bachelor's and law degrees from Drake University in 1976 and 1979, respectively. He is now married and has two children.[1]
