J.T. Payne (Republican Party) is a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 11. He assumed office on January 1, 2025. His current term ends on January 1, 2027.

Biography
J.T. Payne earned a B.S. in agriculture science, an M.A. in teacher leadership, and an M.A. in education administration from Murray State University.[1] Payne's career experience includes working as an educator and school administrator.[2]
