Hello, my name is Bailee B. (legal: Justin Bailey) and I am running for Michigans 92nd House District as a democrat. I am currently enrolled at CMU majoring in both Political Science and Public and Private Non-Profit Administration. I live in a small but nice 2 bedroom apartment, near campus and work for some of the coolest companies.
I am a proudly a pro-working class democrat! As someone who is in the working class and works two jobs herself, I understand what its like.
With that I have vision for Isabella and Gratiot counties, a bright vision of ecnomic greatness and increase opportunities. With your vote I intend to make that happen. Support me and our campaign as we try and beat the incumbent!
  • There are alot of messages I want my campaign to be remembered for heres one: "Theres always a better way" In the United States we've been so conditioned to think there isnt any better alternative. I am here to say no to that and that there is a better way. But it takes hard work, and we have to put in that hard work if we want to make that better way happen.
  • Another messages i want to be remembered for is "The government should work for your interest not big corporations like Target and Starbucks" There is no reason why the ceo's of Starbucks is getting paid 6,666 times more than an employee at a cafe, or Target, whose ceo brings in 700 times as much as a store associate. These numbers are the reason why inequailty is growing in Michigan and America, I will make it a top priority of mine to fix it.
  • My final message is "Everyone desereves a shot to make it, lets give it to them". There are almost 19,000 people who are living at or below the poverty line in Isabella and Gratiot Counties and my oppononet is to busy protecting corporate interest. I will not, my campaign is grassroots raised and funded and we will beat Corporate greed and win for the working class!
There are plenty of public policies that im passionate in but to just name a few; Healthcare, Education, and Infrastructure. These are just a few of the key pillars to a functioning society and our government has lacked in providing these for you. I will make it my goal to Expand access to healthcare, higher education and fix our roads!
Currently, I work two jobs (basically three with the campaign) and still struggle to afford my rent, my groceries, and most of my bills. As many other Michiganders can agree, it's tough out here. It shouldn't be that way; it shouldn't be a struggle to know if you'll be able to pay your bills each month. I will do everything when I get into office to fix that.
Michigan faces numerous upcoming challenges that require innovative solutions to address them. An economy that has struggled to rebound from COVID-19 is experiencing slow, nearly unsustainable population growth, as well as the rise of AI. This decade will become a make-or-break one for Michigan's future. If we do not act soon, Michigan will be left behind in the Rust Belt. I never want to see that happen to the Mitten.
