J. Bartley Spear
Bart Spear is an associate judge for the 43rd Circuit Court in Missouri. He was appointed to this court by Governor Jay Nixon on September 18, 2009.[1]
Spear also serves as a municipal court judge for the municipality of Stewartsville in DeKalb County.[2][3]
