J. Bradley Burzynski
J. Bradley Burzynski was a Republican member of the Illinois State Senate. He represented District 35 from 1993 to 2011 and was an assistant minority leader. Burzynski was re-elected in November of 2008 with his term expiring in 2013. He retired on February 14, 2011, [1] to spend time with his family. [2]
Burzynski also served in the Illinois House of Representatives from 1990 to 1993. Before becoming an elected official, Burzynski worked with the Illinois Farm Bureau as its government affairs director.
Burzynski graduated with an associate degree from Rend Lake Community College and a bachelor's degree from Illinois Wesleyan University.[3]

On November 4, 2008, Republican J. Bradley Burzynski won re-election to the Illinois State Senate District 35 receiving 61,749 votes, ahead of Democrat Ryan Gailey who received 42,948 votes.[5]
