J. C. Nicholson, Jr.
J. C. Nicholson, Jr. is an active/retired circuit court judge for the Tenth Judicial Circuit in South Carolina.[1] He was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly and assumed the bench on July 1, 2001.[2] Nicholson retired from the court on July 20, 2009 and has been serving as an active/retired judge since then.[3]
Education
Nicholson received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel in 1964 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1973.[2]
