J. Cordell Maddox, Jr.
J. Cordell Maddox, Jr. is an at-large judge for the South Carolina Circuit Courts.[1] He was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly in February 2002.[2][3] He was re-elected on February 4, 2015, and February 3, 2021, to a term expiring in 2027.[4][5]
Education
Maddox received his B.S. from Furman University in 1980 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1983.[6]
Career
From 1997 to 2000, Maddox served as an elected official in the South Carolina House of Representatives.[6]
