J. Dan Conklin was a circuit court judge for the 31st Circuit Court, Division 3, in Missouri.[1] He was elected to this position in November 2004.[2] Conklin retired from the bench on July 10, 2015.[3]

Education

Conklin received his undergraduate degree from Metropolitan State College in Denver and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas in 1978.[4]

Career

From 1987 until his election to the bench as a circuit court judge for the 31st Circuit Court in 2004, Conklin served as an associate circuit judge for the 31st Circuit Court. Conklin also previously served as a city attorney for the city of Republic and worked as an attorney in private practice with the firm of Conklin, Holden and Wagner.[2]

2010

Conklin was retained to the 31st Circuit Court on November 2, 2010, receiving 78 percent of the vote.[5]
