J. Ernest Kinard, Jr.
J. Ernest Kinard, Jr. was a circuit court judge for the Fifth Judicial Circuit in South Carolina.[1] He joined the court on May 3, 1998, and he retired in 2010.[2] Kinard passed away on May 19, 2015.[3]
Education
Kinard received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1961 and his LL.B. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1964.[2][4]
