J. Frederick Price was a judge on the Second Circuit Court for Kent County in Maryland. He served as a judge on the court from November 6, 2005, until April 1, 2009, when he assumed senior status.[1] Price announced his full retirement in August 2020. His last day was September 12, 2020.[2]

Education

Price received his undergraduate degree from Washington College in 1972 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1980.[1]

Career

Before he became a judge, Price served as a state's attorney for Kent County and as counsel to the Planning Commission for Kent County. He also previously served as a trust clerk for the Kent County Circuit Court.[1]
