J. Hilton Conger is a municipal court judge for the Smithville Municipal Court in Dekalb County, Tennessee. He was most recently appointed to another two-year term on September 8, 2014, by the Smithville City Council. He also has jurisdiction in the DeKalb County General Sessions Court.[1]
Education
Conger received his undergraduate degree from Lipscomb University and his J.D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University.[2]
