J. Michael Baxley
J. Michael Baxley was a circuit court judge for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in South Carolina. He was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly on February 8, 2000, and he retired on April 15, 2014.[1][2]
Education
Baxley received his undergraduate degree in political science from Clemson University in 1978 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1982.[1][2]
