J. Robert Leslie
J. Robert Leslie was a judge for the Twenty-Ninth Judicial Circuit in West Virginia. He was appointed on May 18, 2012 by Governor Earl Ray Tomblin.[1] He was defeated by Joseph K. Reeder in his bid for election to the court on November 6, 2012.
Education
Leslie received his undergraduate degree from Marshall University in 1988 and his J.D. from the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 1993.[2][1]
Career
Before serving on the 29th District, Leslie was a partner with Tyree, Embree & Leslie, PLLC.[2][1]

2012 election
Leslie competed against Joseph K. Reeder in the general election on November 6, 2012.[3] He was beat by Reeder. Leslie received 42.55% of the vote in the election.[4]
