Parrish ran for election to the Eighteenth Judicial District Court.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 21 percent of the vote. He competed against Billy Joe Landrum, Grant Hedgepeth, Noel A. Rogers and Dal Williamson.
