J. Stephen Buis is a district court judge for the 13th Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia.[1]
Education
Buis received his undergraduate degree from the Virginia Military Institute and his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University School of Law.[2]
